Due to extremely high demand delivery is taking between 25-30 Days. Please accept our apology and we appreciate your patience. We are offering free shipping to apologize for the delay.

* We currently only ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

On very rare occasions delivery to countries outside USA can take up to 40 days. This however is very unusual.

Delayed delivery 
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than stated. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we ask for your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases. 
This mainly occurs during the busy holiday season at the end of the year. 
Any mistake made by the customer when giving shipping information such as wrong address, the wrong name that is the direct cause of a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy won't apply.

PROCESSING 
Once we confirm payment we will begin processing your order within 48 hours
After your order has been processed, we will arrange for your package to be picked up by our shipping company.
Tracking Number
Once your bags have been handed to our courier, you will receive an email including your tracking number. 

CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered correctly.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery. 
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Any cost associated with customs is to be paid by the customer.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
An order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 
- Certain items may be on backorder 
- Weight restrictions. 
- Different designers and warehouse locations. 
This will not affect the shipping priced displayed at checkout.
